Chez Polythe

Chez Polythe is a B&B in the former barn of the owner's grandparents, Joséphine and Hippolyte. Restored using local materials, the house is spacious and welcoming. One of the 2 bay windows offers an unobstructed view of the Mézenc and Gerbier de Jonc mountains. Nearby: village inn, leisure centers at Lavalette (28 km) and Devesset (30 km), greenway 6 km away, Dunières (bicycle rail and tourist train) 14 km away. Small shops in Riotord (6 km), all shops and services in Montfaucon-en-Velay (18km). Gourmet restaurants in St-Bonnet-le-Froid (15 km).

On the first floor of the dwelling, you'll find the kitchen at the entrance, opening onto a lovely 40m² living room with lounge, dining room (TV, wood-burning stove). Also available: 2 bedrooms (1 x 160cm bed, 1 x 140cm bed), shower room, wc.

The grand staircase leads to a walkway leading to an attic bedroom (3 x 90cm beds) and another attic bedroom (1 x 140cm bed), a bathroom with bath and separate WC.

Grassed grounds of 300 m², parking adjacent to the gîte, play area with swings, slide, ladders and rings.

Baby equipment: cot, high chair, bathtub.

Optional services payable on site:
- Cleaning service: €60 (an equivalent deposit will be required)
- Bed linen rental: 8 €/bed 2 pers., 6 €/bed 1 pers.
- Bathroom linen hire: 6 €/pers.
- One box of wood provided for the stove, then 8€/additional box.
