The small village of St André de Chalencon is 1h30 from Lyon and 2h from Clermont-Ferrand. Away from the village, on a vast plot of land with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains, Yvette has renovated her parents' house to make it a holiday home, ideal for family reunions in the fresh air of the countryside. During the renovation, Yvette took care not to alter the original appearance of the house, while adding a modern, functional touch. On site, you can take advantage of the many signposted hiking trails: on foot or by bike, you can easily discover the local flora and fauna! Just a few kilometers away, you'll find a host of tourist attractions, including the Château de Rochebaron, the Château de Chalencon and the Abbaye de la Chaise Dieu... A little further afield: discover the whole of the Haute-Loire region, the unmissable town of Le Puy-en-Velay and its many UNESCO World Heritage monuments, the Lavalette leisure park: windsurfing, paddleboarding, Kanoé, etc. The Mezenc plateau, its magnificent landscapes and its many outdoor activities!

Set in large, unfenced grounds, the house has a terrace.
The entrance hall leads to the ground floor rooms: a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with sitting area and a shower room with toilet.
Upstairs you'll find 4 good-sized bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet.
Sports equipment can be stored in an enclosed area.

The gîte is not equipped with internet access, but has excellent 4G network coverage.

All-inclusive price: bed linen, household linen and towels, cleaning (the gîte must be returned in good condition (garbage cans emptied, toilets rinsed, dishes washed and put away), utilities (within the limits of reasonable consumption: maximum 16Kwh/day).
