Chez Juliette

1h30 from Lyon and 2h from Clermont-Ferrand, close to major roads, the gîte "Chez Juliette" is located in the heart of the village of Chenereilles. This single-storey gîte is housed in the former restaurant of Christiane, the owner. After a long professional life behind the stove, she decided to reorganize the place to make it a functional, colorful and bright vacation spot! The house has a history, and some elements of the former restaurant have been turned into decorative elements! Two bedrooms, one of which gives direct access to a lovely terrace, a comfortable living room and a functional kitchen, here everything has been thought of to ensure you have a great vacation, whether as a couple, with family or friends! Locally: take a stroll along one of the many hiking trails (including St Jacques de Compostelle). A few kilometers away: in fine weather, you can take advantage of the many water sports on offer at Lavalette, discover the impressive Himalayan footbridge at Grazac, and explore the "pays des sucs" (volcanic reliefs typical of the area). A little further afield: take in the whole of the Haute-Loire, discover the Yssingeaux market on Thursday mornings, the village of Le Chambon-sur-Lignon and its rich history, and the unmissable town of Le Puy-en-Velay and its many UNESCO World Heritage sites. Rates include: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, towels and household linen, and utilities subject to reasonable consumption.

A rarity in the Haute-Loire, the gîte is entirely on one level.
The entrance is on the street side, where a parking space is reserved for you.
As you enter the house, you'll find yourself in an entrance hall leading to the main room, which opens onto the terrace. It features a living room table and a sitting area, and is equipped with a pellet stove that will warm up the atmosphere on chilly days!
To the right of the main room is a beautiful fully-equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace (note that some elements of the old kitchen are still present, but only for decorative purposes), a shower room with walk-in shower and WC, and a second separate WC.
Following on from the entrance hall, to the left of the living area, is the night space, comprising two bedrooms. The first is modular, with 2 80cm beds or one 80cm bed and one 160cm bed, depending on the customer's wishes. The second bedroom has a 160cm bed and access to the terrace.

Outside, you'll enjoy a 47 m², south-facing, fully-secured private terrace.
