"Chez Hélène et Jean: Pierre et Terre," a charming holiday cottage located on the ground floor of an old farmhouse, welcomes you to a peaceful hamlet in Solignac-sur-Loire. This 96 m² cottage charms with its warm atmosphere, where natural materials take center stage: the exposed stone walls blend harmoniously with the earthen plaster, creating an authentic ambiance, and the room stays cool, making it particularly pleasant during hot weather. The old cantou, carefully restored and highlighted, is the centerpiece of this living space. The holiday cottage can accommodate up to 4 people with two 80-cm single beds and a high-quality 130-cm sofa bed. You’ll also have access to a bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, featuring a superb range that will delight cooking enthusiasts. With its spacious layout and soothing atmosphere, this location is particularly well-suited for hosting wellbeing workshops, creative retreats, or artist residencies. To accommodate larger groups, Hélène and Jean, the owners, also offer a second holiday cottage as well as two Bed and breakfast rooms, allowing you to combine a warm, welcoming atmosphere with independence in a natural setting perfect for recharging. For your comfort, rates include: utilities, bed and bath linens, and end-of-stay cleaning. On-site, for an additional fee, you can enjoy a session of wellbeing; Hélène is certified in foot reflexology and sound massage, and depending on your preferences and her availability, she can offer these services.

The holiday cottage is located on a large, fully enclosed property. Free parking is available in a lot next to the building.
The house consists of three areas: the “Pierre et Terre” holiday cottage, the owners’ residence with two Bed and breakfast rooms, and a second holiday cottage.
Each area has a private terrace, but the rest of the property is shared.
“Pierre et Terre” is located on the ground floor of the house; it is a large 92m² room converted into a studio. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a living area, and a sleeping area (two 80-bed-width sleeping spaces and a sofa bed that converts to a 130-bed-width sleeping space). A 4m² bathroom with a shower and toilet completes this living space.

The house's boiler room is accessible only from the holiday cottage; in the event of a problem, the owners must be able to access it.
