A real invitation to relax, it will particularly appeal to Fishing enthusiasts thanks to its immediate proximity to the river. The house has retained all its original character. Its carefully preserved original features blend harmoniously with an elegant, contemporary decor where modern colors enhance the charm of the surroundings. The warm, friendly atmosphere evokes the grand family homes of yesteryear, recalling the authentic vacation atmosphere of Marcel Pagnol's stories. This bastide boasts spacious living areas and can accommodate up to 8 people with its 4 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms. Outside, there are plenty of places for everyone to relax and enjoy their favourite spot: a lounge area around a pool ideal for evening aperitifs, a dining area under the superb shady trellis, a relaxation area with a hammock under the large lime trees, a pétanque court and a vast meadow ideal for games and contemplation. A magnificent veranda, converted into a summer kitchen, is the perfect place to spend time with family and friends, enjoy the peace and quiet of nature, discover the landscapes of the Altiligéri and savour a vacation in tune with the Loire.

The house is located on a 4000m² plot planted with trees and flowers. Several vehicles can be parked safely on this plot. The grounds are laid out in a number of pleasant areas: various terraces, a shady hammock area, a petanque court, a well-kept meadow, etc. The entrance to the house opens onto a hallway leading to a living room with an ultra-equipped kitchen and lounge area, which opens onto a magnificent veranda with summer kitchen. The hall also leads to a double bedroom with en-suite shower room equipped with shower cubicle, vanity unit and toilet. Although not accessible for people with reduced mobility, this room offers a high level of comfort for people with motor difficulties. A laundry room with washing machine completes this level. On the first floor, accessible by comfortable, secure stairs, you'll find 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and vanity unit, and separate WC. The house has a closed storage area where you can easily store your sporting equipment: bicycles, fishing gear, etc...Rates include bed linen, towels, utilities (reasonable consumption expected) and cleaning (the Holiday cottage must be returned in a clean and tidy condition: floors swept, dishes put away, bathroom rinsed, beds unmade).
