Welcome to Chez Augusta! The result of a family project, this Holiday cottage has been designed to offer visitors a warm and friendly environment. After a long search, the owners found this house dating from the 60s, which they have completely renovated to offer you a comfortable vacation home for family or friends! Located in a peaceful hamlet in Tence, this spacious Holiday cottage sleeps 10. Its large, light-filled living room, 5 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms provide all the space you need to ensure your tribe enjoys a pleasant stay. Outside, 3,500 m² of partly open grounds invite you to relax and play outdoors. A garage is also available. Just a few minutes away, the village of Tence offers all essential shops and services. Nature lovers will enjoy a wide choice of activities: Hiking, mountain biking, Fishing, Swimming at Lake Lavalette or discovering the unspoilt landscapes of the Haut-Lignon. An ideal place to meet up, share and enjoy a rejuvenating stay in the Haute-Loire! For your comfort, our rates include bed and bathroom linen, utilities and cleaning (the Holiday cottage must be returned in good condition: beds unmade, dustbins emptied, dishes put away, bathrooms rinsed and swept).

The entrance to the house opens onto the 80m² living room, which comprises a TV lounge area, and a kitchen with a large living room. A laundry room and toilet complete this level.
On the second floor you'll find 5 double bedrooms (3 with 140cm beds and 2 with 2 90cm beds) and 2 shower rooms, one with toilet.
The house is located on a 3500m² property, planted with trees and partly enclosed (the land is not gated).
There's also a closed garage where you can park your car or store your sports equipment.
