In a pretty little village in the Allier valley, Paul and Christine have renovated an old family home to create a calm and relaxing vacation retreat. The owners have carried out the work with great taste, bringing a touch of modernity to the house, while respecting the traditional architecture and highlighting certain old features that have been present in the house for many years! This well-equipped gîte is the perfect place to spend a vacation with family or friends, whatever the season! There's plenty to do on site: lazing around, exploring the lush green countryside surrounding the village, and in autumn, the lucky ones will be able to discover the "brame du Cerf". In the village, you'll find a swimming pool, playgrounds and a zip line for children, as well as fishing, pétanque and a basketball court close to Les Fauvettes restaurant. A little further afield: discover the Allier valley and its sumptuous villages: Monistrol d'Allier, Saint Privat d'Allier... then head for the lands of Gévaudan: discover Saugues 12 km away (shops and services, weekly market, organic lake with supervised swimming, Bête du Gévaudan museum, Tour des Anglais...). Further afield: discover the whole of the Haute-Loire region: the town of Le Puy en Velay and its many UNESCO World Heritage buildings, the town of Brioude and its famous Basilica, or the Mezenc plateau and its sumptuous landscapes.

The gîte is set in paved, fully fenced grounds.
The entrance opens onto the living area, which includes a kitchen and a comfortable sitting area with a connected TV. The sleeping area is on the same level, with three bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet.

Rates include cleaning, bed linen and towels.
Electricity consumption limited to 16KW/day.

All-inclusive rates include: bed linen and towels for the entire stay, end-of-stay cleaning (however, the gite must be tidy, dustbins and dishwasher emptied, bed linen grouped together in the same place, and sanitary facilities must be in a good state of cleanliness), heating and electricity within the limit of reasonable consumption (16K wh/day) - any excess will be paid to the owners on site. A charging station for electric cars is available less than 200 m away.
