The Haut-Lignon plateau lies between places of historical resistance and a paradise for sporting activities. Isolated without being isolated, adjoining the back of the owners' house, this semi-detached gîte sleeps 5 to 7 people in the middle of a beautiful clearing surrounded by woods. Nearby: Le Chambon-sur-Lignon (all shops and services, 18-hole golf course, forest adventure course, outdoor sports resort, swimming pool) 5 km away, Devesset lake (sailing, pedalos) 14 km away, Vivarais plateau and Haute-Ardèche 3 km away.

Two grassed terraces let you enjoy the outdoors at any time of day (600 m² unfenced plot with 15 m² shaded west-facing terrace, garden furniture and barbecue, 2nd 18 m² east-facing terrace with small lounge).

First floor: spacious living room with kitchenette, dining area and sitting area with TV, with level access to the west-facing terrace. 4 steps down to shower room, separate WC and laundry room.

1st floor with sloping ceilings: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and en-suite shower room and toilet, 1 small attic bedroom with 1 double bed (120cm). 2 steps: 1 suite with 2 twin beds (90cm) and BZ extra bed.

Services provided free of charge by the gîte owners:
- Baby equipment on request: bed, high chair, potty, bathtub, changing table.
- Free wifi Internet access.
- All-inclusive rates include: bed linen, towels, cleaning and utilities (within reasonable consumption limits (16 kwH/day), oil-fired heating).

10% discount for stays of 2 weeks or more (except Christmas school vacations)
