Hidden. Intimate. Simple. That's what characterizes this renovated former village oven. Located near St Julien Chapteuil, locally famous for its majestic church and ancient castle, in the heart of the Meygal volcanoes and just a few kilometers from Le Puy en Velay, this Holiday cottage is ideally situated for a weekend getaway or a longer stay. Adjacent to the owners' house, it features a terrace with barbecue, and a private outdoor area planted with hedges. Around you, the open garden of your hosts and the view of the Suc de Chapteuil. In summer, you'll appreciate the natural coolness of the stone walls.

The entrance hall leads to the living area, with a kitchenette, dining area and small sitting room with TV. Access to the first floor is via a traditional miller's ladder (beware of very young Kids!). You'll find two bedrooms: one with a 160cm bed and a second with 2 90x190cm Bunk beds, opening onto the outside, as well as a shower room-WC.

Services at extra cost: bed linen (€5 and €10) and towels (€5 per person).
Cleaning fee €50, a deposit of the same value will be required if you do not take the option.
Heating supplement 5€ / bag of pellets, payable on site to the owner if the pellet stove is used.

Nearby: All shops in St Julien Chapteuil, Hiking, trails, mountain bike circuits, summer swimming pool 3km away. Le Lake Bleu and its ancient lauzière at Champclause (5 km), troglodytic dwellings at Lantriac (6 km). Le Puy en Velay, its sounds and lights from May to September.

As adorable as they may be, pets are not allowed in this Holiday cottage. Thank you for your understanding.
