1h30 from Lyon and 2h30 from Clermont-Ferrand, in a rural setting in the commune of Tence, you'll find the Holiday cottage "Au kilomètre Zéro. You'll enjoy discovering this magnificent country farmhouse, entirely renovated with taste, which can accommodate up to 15 people. Inside, the house perfectly combines authentic charm with contemporary comforts. The Holiday cottage boasts vast, light-filled rooms, where the noble materials of stone and wood are magnificently enhanced by meticulous decoration and vast spaces designed for relaxation and sharing. In addition to the "classic" living areas, you'll enjoy a gaming room with table soccer, darts, an overhead projector with screen (Netflix subscription, Amazon Prime, Universal +, Eurosport Canal+ channel) and a "Wellbeing" room equipped with a Sauna. Outside, the vast grounds are perfectly laid out: in addition to a beautiful, secure swimming pool (9m by 4m, maximum depth 1.50m), you'll enjoy a pétanque court, shaded terraces and a vast grassy area. Rates include cleaning, bed, bath and household linen and utilities. The Holiday cottage must be left in a clean and tidy condition: dishwasher emptied, floors swept, beds unmade, sanitary facilities rinsed and garbage cans emptied. The property has ample parking for 6 cars. The main entrance to the house, which slopes gently down from the parking area, opens onto a huge living room (125m²) with a fully-equipped kitchen, a large dining table and a TV lounge area, all opening onto a magnificent terrace overlooking the Piscine. A scullery with storage space and an American-style fridge will enable you to stock your food. On the same landing, you'll find 2 bedrooms, a toilet and a bathroom with PRM access. Finally, a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer completes this level. The second floor comprises a vast office area overlooking the living room, 3 double bedrooms (one of which is equipped with a mezzanine extra bed), two shower rooms, a toilet and a linen room. On the garden level, you'll enjoy a large gaming room opening onto the garden, a quadruple bedroom, a shower room, a toilet and a Wellbeing area with sauna.
