Just 2 hours from Lyon, 1h30 from Saint-Étienne and 1h from Clermont-Ferrand lies the village of Vissac-Auteyrac. It's here, between Brioude and Le Puy-en-Velay, that you'll find a welcoming and comfortable Holiday cottage: Au chaleureux Carli. Benoit and Agnès have decorated and furnished it to make you feel right at home. On the terrace, with its beautiful view over the pastures, you'll have the opportunity to gather around a Finnish grill for pleasant moments with family or friends. From the Holiday cottage: Hiking and cycling trails, public playground 50m away in the village of Vissac-Auteyrac (table tennis, swing, kids' playground),... Nearby: Chavaniac-Lafayette (castle and botanical conservatory), Gorges de l'Allier (Fishing), Langeac (whitewater sports, accrobranche, Thursday market, Saint-Gal festival in July), Chanteuges and its abbey... A little further afield: the City of Le Puy-en-Velay (start of the Santiago de Compostela pilgrimage route) and its many UNESCO World Heritage buildings, its beautiful Saturday morning Market, "Puy de Lumières" in summer... the villages of Lavaudieu and Lavoûte-Chilhac, ranked among the most beautiful villages in France... Entrance to the Holiday cottage is on the second floor, via the sunny terrace with its famous Finnish grill.

Once inside, you'll enjoy a pleasant living space featuring a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining table for enjoying meals together, a comfortable living room/TV room, a reading/relaxation area and a comprehensive board games area. To complete this floor, you have access to a toilet/laundry room.

After a few steps, you'll find the sleeping area on the first floor. This comprises a shower room/WC and 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed and en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has a double bed and a Bunk beds, and can accommodate up to 4 people. The third bedroom has a double bed. Finally, the last bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a single bed, and can accommodate up to 3 people.

Outside, young and old alike can play soccer, badminton or just relax.

The Holiday cottage is attached to a house, but the entrances and outdoor areas are completely independent and not overlooked. No disturbance caused.
