Bordered by the River Drôme, the setting is ideal for canoeing, swimming and Hiking. The majestic Saoû Forest and the emblematic Trois Becs Mountain offer the perfect playground for hikers and lovers of wide open spaces.

Surrounded by the unspoilt Diois countryside, Saillans is also the gateway to the majestic Vercors massif. Wine lovers will be enchanted by the famous Clairette de Die vineyards, while gourmets will appreciate the local Markets, rich in local flavors (ravioles, caillette, picodon, pogne...).

Studio located on the first floor of the owners' home, with separate entrance. The living area is spacious, with a TV lounge area and a sofa bed (1x90x200) as well as a pull-out bed (1x90x200), a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen. The sleeping area features a double bed (1x140), bathroom with shower and toilet.

There's a small sheltered terrace with garden furniture and a small garden. The Holiday cottage is located on the edge of a little-used road (a few local cars and pedestrians). Parking space on the property.

The view of the Trois Becs Mountain is breathtaking.
