Located just 5 minutes from the A7 Valence Nord exit, this new studio is the perfect stopover. The famous ViaRhôna passes very close to the property (cycle path access 2 km away), and a bike shelter is available on request.

Discover this charming studio, located on the second floor of the property. The entrance is shared with a second apartment. Comfortable and well thought-out, this cocoon has been fully furnished by Caroline, your on-site host, to make your stay "just like home".

The living area features a fully-equipped kitchen and a dining area with inviting armchairs, perfect for relaxing. The sleeping area, air-conditioned for all-season comfort, features a double bed (1x140) and TV.
Outside, let yourself be seduced by the vast communal garden, offering a breathtaking view of the Countryside and the Ardèche mountains.
