SOUS LA SERRE

In the heart of the Valence plain, between Romans-sur-Isère and Crest, not far from the foothills of the Vercors, this peaceful and unoverlooked Holiday cottage "Sous la Serre", adjoining the owners' home, is ideally located for discovering the "inner" Drôme. If you're into outdoor sports (cycling or Hiking), the road to the Col des Limouches or the Abbey of Léoncel is just 35 minutes away. If you're more into heritage, you'll need several days to visit at least the Tour de Crest (30m), the fortified tower-gate of Chabeuil (15 mins), and Valence (20 mins) for its cathedral, Maison des Têtes and pendant. After a day of sightseeing or Hiking, you'll be eager to enjoy the indoor swimming pool in spring or autumn, or the outdoor pool in summer. In the village: bar, tobacconist, mini-market, bakery.

First floor: lovely 35 m² air-conditioned living room, bright with large bay windows overlooking the greenhouse, dining area with well-equipped kitchen, sitting area with sofas and office area. Shower room (Italian shower), separate WC. Upstairs (staircase with 2 ramps): 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (choice of 2x90 or 1x180) (choice of 3x90 or 1x180, 1x90, attic), separate WC. Just for you: 2 year-round Piscine. In the greenhouse, Piscine with whirlpool (2.5x5m, 1.40m deep, heated); outside, Piscine unheated, gentle slope down to 1.50m deep), outdoor games (molkky, badminton rackets and net, beach rackets, ball), gated parking, Umbrella bed, high chair. To share with us: vegetable garden, enclosed garden with trees. Bicycles and a charcoal barbecue are available free of charge. Beds made on arrival.
