Typical stone village house with 200m² enclosed garden planted with trees, a terrace and a private raised terrace (8x3m, fenced and barred, open from June to September, weather permitting). Direct access to the river is possible at the bottom of the garden (locked gate).

First floor: entrance hall, living room with TV lounge area, wood-burning stove, dining area and fitted kitchen, separate toilet.
Upstairs: bedroom with double bed (1x160), study and private bathroom (bath, shower, washbasin), bedroom with two single beds (2x90) and third bedroom with double bed (1x160), separate toilet and shower room.

Garage with space for one car or bike/motorcycle shelter.
Public parking at the top of Rue du Savelas (50 m from the house, parallel street) and on the Market square (200 m from the Holiday cottage).
Extremely quiet street (less than 10 cars/day). Luggage and shopping can be unloaded and parked in the street without disturbance.
