Quietly located in the countryside (500m from the village) in a former truffle plantation, on 3,000 m² of land, surrounded by cicadas, 5 min from Grignan and 20 min from Nyons and Vaison la romaine. Ideal for a vacation with family or friends! This winter, visit the famous truffle market in Richerenches (2 km away) every Saturday morning.
Not suitable for parties, as outdoor music is prohibited.

This modern, atypical villa is made up of 2 semi-detached houses, not connected on the inside. The two houses can each accommodate 6 people. This is an ideal layout for families or groups of friends, with two large living areas. Each house has 3 bedrooms (1x160)(1x160)(2x90), a shower room and 2 WCs. Each also has a garage. You can gather in one or the other to share your moments of common life (large kitchen / dining / living room of 45m ²) and enjoy the two terraces to your liking. Optional cleaning service (bed linen + towels). Private Piscine open from early May to late September.
