At the foot of the Vercors massif, overlooking the Grands Goulets, this old stone farmhouse is surrounded by cliffs, pastures and Forest. There's a stream below and a fountain in the courtyard. The setting is idyllic.
The main tourist attractions of Royans Vercors are all within 30 minutes of the Holiday cottage. Explore the majestic roads of the Vercors for breathtaking views. Hiking, mountain biking or caving: the landscapes of the Natural Park are superb.
Just a few kilometers away, don't miss Hiking on the Vercors Plateau and a visit to Vassieux, a hotbed of the French Resistance. Take a paddle-boat trip to St Nazaire en Royans and explore one of the region's many caves.
Between cliffs, rivers and rural heritage, Echevis is the ideal starting point for an unforgettable getaway in the Drôme Vercors.
Self-contained Holiday cottage. First floor: entrance hall, kitchen and dining area, TV lounge, toilet and bathroom (bath, washbasin, bidet). Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed (1x160) (1x160) (2x140).
Private terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, gas hob and ping pong table. Parking on the property, carport. Room for bikes/motorbikes.
Closed from November 1 to March 31. Rental only from Saturday to Saturday, no short stays. Completely independent house with only one dwelling.

Je suis Liliane BOREL, née en 1954, je suis retraitée depuis janvier 2016, j'étais auparavant cadre à La Poste. Au décès de mon père, j'ai hérité de cette ancienne ferme qui appartient à la famille depuis plusieurs générations. J'ai succédé à ma mère en 2011 qui exploitait ce gîte depuis 1974. J'aime passionnément cet endroit où je suis née et où je suis revenue depuis 2011. Entre temps j'ai vécu à Paris, puis Grenoble et alentours. Mes origines agricoles font que j'aime bricoler, jardiner. J'ai beaucoup voyagé, souvent à l'étranger, mais pas seulement. Je suis ravie de vous faire partager quelques jours Paillette, mon havre de paix !

Sophie Lieu hors du temps
Le cadre est extraordinaire. La maison est très bien équipée pour cuisiner et Liliane est très réactive en cas de problèmes. Deux endroits à tester à moins de 5 minutes : les truites de la Vernaison et la Guinguette du pêcheur

Florence Formidable
Le gîte est formidable. Il est très bien situé, entre le Royans et le plateau du Vercors, dans un lieu magnifique, au fond des grands Goulets, avec une vue fantastique.
La propriétaire est extrêmement gentille, réactive et nous a déposé un petit cadeau gustatif de bienvenue.
Le logement est grand, les lits sont très confortables (toute la literie a été changée l'année dernière), la terrasse très agréable, l'eau de la fontaine relaxante. Il y a tout dans la cuisine (pratique pour cuisiner!) et pour l'extérieur (chaises longues, transats, barbecue, plancha...). C'est le premier gîte où je vois autant d'équipements!

Papa Genial
Am liebsten möchte ich dieses Ferienhaus als Geheimtipp behandeln und keinem davon erzählen. Dennoch: Die Gastgeberin hat uns durch Ihre sehr strukturierten Informationen hervorragend auf die Anreise vorbereitet. Sie war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles war in einem sehr guten Zustand, ganz zu Schweigen von der tollen Landschaft, in die das Haus eingebettet ist. Ein großes Lob an Madame Borel.

Fantastisch Prachtige vakantie in la Paillette gehad
We hebben genoten van het fijne huis La paillette. Het was zeer compleet,alles was aanwezig. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar. Het huis staat in een prachtige omgeving met spectaculair uitzicht!!
