The Drôme River, accessible on foot from the holiday cottage, offers a perfect setting for swimming, canoeing, or simply taking a break by the water. Active travelers can also go rock climbing, paragliding, or explore iconic sites such as the Saoû Forest and the Trois Becs mountain range.

Located on Bernard and Michelle’s property, this accommodation consists of two separate units: Coco Studio, on the ground floor, and Mirabelles au Balcon, located upstairs. Together, they can accommodate up to 6 people and are an ideal solution for bringing family or friends together while allowing everyone to enjoy their own space.

Each holiday cottage has its own entrance, a private terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a TV, and Wi-Fi access.

On the ground floor, The single-story Coco Studio holiday cottage consists of a living area with an open kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (140 × 190 cm), a laundry room with a washing machine, and a bathroom with a toilet. The bedroom and bathroom have been designed to accommodate guests with limited mobility. Its private terrace overlooks the garden.

The upper level (accessed via an outdoor staircase) features a bright living area with a kitchen open to the living room, two bedrooms each furnished with a double bed (140 × 190 cm), a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. Its terrace offers a pleasant, unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside.

During your stay, you’ll have access to private parking spaces. The village shops (bakery, grocery store, Restaurant, etc.) are within walking distance, and the Drôme River is about a ten-minute walk away—perfect for Swimming or a stroll along the water’s edge.

End-of-stay housekeeping and bed linens are included. Please bring your own bath towels.

One dog is allowed in the ground-floor holiday cottage. Since the property is not fenced, we recommend keeping your dog under supervision during your stay.
