The U-shaped farmhouse, Mas du vieux marronnier, located in the east wing, is arranged over 2 levels as follows: Entrance via 6 steps to living room with fireplace leading to kitchen and living room, bedroom with queen-size bed 160x200, shower room/wc. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (140x190) (140x190), 1 dormitory (3x90x190, 1x100x190), shower room, separate wc. Outside: pleasant, authentic enclosed courtyard to take full advantage of the property's idyllic setting, laundry room/summer kitchen (22m²). Easy access to A7, N7, A49 and Valence-TGV (25min). You'll enjoy an enclosed courtyard with parking, the Piscine (dim 12x5m, depth 1.4 to 2m, open from April to September depending on the weather, secured by an automated roller shutter), the Holiday cottage is fully heated with oil, included in the price, if you wish to use the fireplace, wood is available as an option at €95 per stere.
