Right in the heart of the Easy stud farm, you'll be enchanted by the authentic charm of this Provencal farmhouse, surrounded by a vast 6700 m2 park, punctuated by century-old trees offering welcome shade on hot summer days. The large outdoor terrace invites you to relax and enjoy convivial meals in the open air, providing a peaceful setting in which to take advantage of the region's sunny climate.
For riding enthusiasts, the stud farm offers total immersion in the equestrian world, with the opportunity to discover the art of horsemanship.
There's no shortage of tourist activities in the surrounding area. You can explore charming Provencal villages such as Grignan and its famous fortress, or Nyons, famous for its Provencal market and olive groves.
Nature lovers will be delighted by the many hiking and biking trails through the vineyards and lavender fields that so characterize the region.

The entrance to the Holiday cottage is independent, through a large wrought-iron gate opening onto the vast 6700m2 private park on a 9-hectare estate. You can enjoy a large terrace and a private swimming pool secured by an alarm and a dome (May to September). Inside, a large 43m2 kitchen, a first 34m2 living room, a 23.58m2 dining room and separate toilet.
Upstairs, a 1st bedroom with a 160*200 bed, measuring 33.76m2, with a 15.47m2 bathroom including WC, bath and shower.
A 2nd bedroom of 19.80m2, also with a 160*200 bed and water point. NOTE: Window <90cm from floor not secured.
A 3rd bedroom with water point and two 90*200 beds with water point. NOTE: Window <90cm from floor not secured.
A 4th through bedroom of 22.80m2 with a 160*200 bed and en-suite bathroom.
The final 24m2 bedroom has two 90*200 beds.
Finally, an office/library room completes the first floor of the Holiday cottage.
