This family home is located in a hamlet in La Bégude de Mazenc. You'll be staying in the Valdaine plain. Within a 20-kilometer radius, you'll find Montélimar, the land of nougat, Dieulefit, the land of potters, and the Château de Grignan. The Parc naturel régional des Baronnies Provençales is nearby (20min). The area is ideal for hiking and walking. Nyons is 40 minutes away. The A7 (exit n°17 Montélimar Nord) is 20min from the gîte.
Adjoining the owner's second home (close to two craft workshops, cabinetmaker & mechanic, and the D540). First floor: kitchen opening onto dining room, 1 bedroom (2x90), shower room, wc, laundry room. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1x140, Baby bed)(2x90), shower room, separate wc. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom (5x90). Play area (swing set), terrace (16 m2). Private garden. Possibility of renting room (45m2) with fireplace. Heating extra charge: 13€/night.

Kro gite correct
L'endroit est idéal car à proximité du centre du bourg (environ 10 minutes à pied) avec tous les commerces tout en étant dans un endroit très très calme. Facilité de stationnement et très peu de circulation autour. Le jardin du gîte est très agréable, vaste et clôturé et permet de passer de très bons moments en extérieur.
Toutefois, concernant le confort du gîte un petit réassort d'équipement serait le bienvenu. En effet, pour une possibilité de 11 couchages seulement 3 verres à eau, pas de rallonge électrique pour faire une plancha, peu de couteaux de cuisine, transats extérieurs vieillissant
