This gîte is perched on a hill, a lovely way to admire the landscape while getting away from the crowds. Located 30 minutes from Nyons, Vaison-la-Romaine and Montbrun-les-Bains, in the Baronnies Provençales Regional Nature Park and bordering the Vaucluse. It's hard to beat the proximity of the town center and its amenities: 600 m from the town center, this house is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, services, 2 cinemas and the market square, which takes place on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Overlooking the landscape, you'll also find the Saint Julien and Ubrieux rocks for sporting outings. The vertiginous cliffs are yours for the taking, as is Mont Ventoux for indefatigable cyclists. Buis-les-Baronnies is surrounded by rocky outcrops everywhere, making it the ideal spot for a wide range of outdoor activities (mountain biking, hiking, canyoning, climbing, via ferrata on the north face of Saint Julien, swimming along the Ouvèze or in the Toulourenc valley...).

This vacation home consists of two units: the "MAGNOLIA" house and the "DOLCE VITA" house. MAGNOLIA first floor: living room with air-conditioning and dining area, access to the terrace from this room, separate kitchen. Upstairs (5 steps): 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, one with private shower (160x200, shower, washbasin), (160x200), shower room, toilet. DOLCE VITA first floor (3 steps): air-conditioned living room with kitchen, living room with corner sofa and TV. Upstairs: 2 air-conditioned bedrooms each with private shower (2x90x190) (160x200), sleeping area (140x190), wc, laundry room. For your exclusive use: parking, garage, terraces, enclosed grounds, Piscine open from April to mid-October, weather permitting, unheated (size 2x5m, depth 1.60m).
