Located 6 km west of Nyons, in the heart of a preserved environment of olive trees and vineyards, Marie-Noëlle's Holiday cottage invites you to reconnect with calm and serenity. Its main assets are the Piscine and the pleasant, practical nature of the premises. Whether you're looking for a short or long stay, you'll be welcomed in a comfortable and peaceful setting. Ideally situated in the heart of the Drôme Provençale region, just a short drive from the Vaucluse region and 30 minutes from Grignan and Vaison-la-Romaine, the Holiday cottage offers a privileged location for alternating relaxation by the Piscine with sightseeing. Provencal markets, local produce, vineyards, the wine route, olive groves, hilltop villages, castles, the Saint-Ferréol-Trente-Pas gorges, the Toulourenc valley, not forgetting the many hiking and cycling trails, with or without electric assistance, right up to the ascent of Mont Ventoux.
Conceived as a warm cocoon where sharing and humanity are at the heart of the experience, I welcome you to a 70 m² Bungalow, located on the first floor of my home. The bay window opens onto the 40 m² living room, which includes a kitchen, a convivial dining area with a round table, and a lounge area. The apartment has two bedrooms (140x190cm), one of which is a hybrid bedroom and office, ideal for Telework. The bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets and shutters. The sanitary space, preserved by a sliding door, includes a shower room with large shower and separate WC. Outside: 12 m² covered terrace, parking nearby. To share: Piscine 5x10m, 2.50m deep, open from April to September, secured by roller shutter, closed on Sundays. Non-smoking Holiday cottage. A €500 cleaning deposit may be withheld if the Holiday cottage is not kept clean enough.

Chloé et Sébastien Très bon séjour !
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte à Venterol. Niché dans un cadre exceptionnel, entre montagnes, champs d'oliviers et vignes, il offre un véritable havre de paix et de dépaysement.
Le gîte, fraîchement rénové avec beaucoup de goût, dispose d'équipements de qualité qui rendent le séjour particulièrement confortable. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié sa fraîcheur naturelle grâce à ses épais murs, un véritable atout lors des fortes chaleurs estivales.
La piscine est un autre point fort : parfaitement orientée et offrant une magnifique vue sur les oliviers et les vignes, elle permet de profiter agréablement du soleil comme de moments de détente à toute heure de la journée.
Un grand merci à la propriétaire, d'une gentillesse remarquable et dotée d'un grand cœur. Elle met tout en œuvre pour que ses hôtes se sentent comme chez eux, dans le plus pur esprit Gîtes de France. Son accueil chaleureux et son attention aux moindres détails ont largement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour.
Enfin, le gîte bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal pour découvrir la région, à proximité de Nyons, Vaison-la-Romaine et de nombreux autres sites à visiter.

Ginie Entre oliviers et vignes
Entre oliviers et vignes, nous avons découvert notre gîte. Très bien aménagé , propre et spacieux. Détente au bord de la belle piscine. L accueil de Marie Noelle a été particulièrement chaleureux et bien veillant. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine et nous espérons y revenir.
