In Drôme provençale, 12 km north of Montélimar, bordered by the Rhône and the perched village of Marsanne, Condillac is a quiet little village in the south of France. Away from the village, the Lou Ventabren gîte is ideally located for exploring the Drôme and Ardèche regions. Spend a weekend or a week discovering the Rhône Valley, with its vineyards and hilltop villages steeped in history. Not forgetting the wine, the gastronomy, the landscapes and the many hiking possibilities.
During your stay, you'll enjoy a private boulodrome.
Enjoy an all-inclusive stay with the Lou Ventabren gîte: air-conditioned and on one level, it is located in a wing of the owners' house. It features a living room with kitchenette opening onto a sitting room with fireplace, a bedroom (140x190) with access to a shower room and toilet.

Nono CONDILLAC
Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour, dans une région magnifique, si vous rêvez de calme, de verdure et de bon air, c’est au gite de Odile et Robert MARANGONI qu’il faut venir, un gîte superbe est très confortable, bien situé et très reposant, et miam des gâteries vous attendent ainsi que le pot de bienvenue. Une semaine agréable avec des visites sur les villages perchés et randos. Et nous tenons à vous remercier pour tout : l'accueil chaleureux, la gentillesse, les attentions, les conseils tout au long de notre semaine.

Pierre Super séjour
Des hôtes très accueillants à l écoute disponibles et prévenants. Mimi Très bon séjour
Séjour très agréable dans un gîte très bien équipé, propre, confortable. Tout y était !Les propriétaires sont charmants, très sympathiques , à l'écoute et de bons conseils pour les activités aux alentours. Tout était parfait pour nous. Merci à nos hôtes pour les petites attentions à notre arrivée.

Norbert Ideal für einen Wanderurlaub
Die Eigentümer, die auf dem selben Grundstück wohnen, sind sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und für zwei Personen ideal. Wir konnten wunderschöne Wanderungen in den Wäldern der Umgebung unternehmen. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung in der Ntur sucht ist hier genau richtig.
