You'll benefit from 2 private parking spaces within the property. The entrance opens onto a bright living room, communicating with a fully-equipped kitchen. A corridor leads to the 3 bedrooms (each with a 140x200 cm bed) and a bathroom with walk-in shower. 2 separate WCs complete this floor. Outside, you'll enjoy a fenced garden under construction, as well as a private swimming pool open from May to September, weather permitting (11m / 3m pool lane - secured by an electric cover). Please note: a low wall runs along one side of the pool, presenting a risk of falling. For this reason, the Holiday cottage is not recommended for Kids under 15.
