LOU BARRY

Between Nyons and Vaison-la-Romaine, in the heart of the Parc naturel des Baronnies Provençales, Lou Barry is located in the old medieval village of Mirabel aux Baronnies. The village center has preserved a certain architectural authenticity, with 12th-century fortifications, ancient ramparts, chapels and a listed fountain. You'll be in the land of olive oil (from Nyons) and Côtes du Rhône wines. Renowned for its mild climate and beautiful scenery, the village is ideally placed for a wide range of outdoor activities (hiking, climbing and via ferrata on the St Julien rock at Buis les Baronnies, mountain biking and cycling on Mont Ventoux).

Gîte adjoining a year-round rental, not overlooked. Lodging on the hillside on garden level, private entrance and parking (2 spaces). Access via two sets of stairs (approx. 20 steps). Entrance via living room with fireplace (insert) and reversible air-conditioning. Living room with fitted kitchen and dining room, 3 bedrooms, two with double beds (1x160) (1x160) and one with two single beds (2x90), bathroom, wc and storeroom. Access to the owner's swimming pool, 850m from the gîte, from 2pm to 5pm (May to September, weather permitting, 8x4m, depth 1m5).
