At the gateway to Provence, in Suze-la-Rousse, discover a charming detached house located in a peaceful residential area, ideal for a peaceful vacation. Featuring a private swimming pool, this rental offers the perfect setting for relaxing under the Drôme provençale sun.
From this comfortable home, you can explore a region rich in heritage and scenery. The majestic Château de Suze-la-Rousse, surrounded by vineyards, is home to the Université du Vin and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding area. Just a few kilometers away are the typical villages of the Drôme and Vaucluse regions, such as Grignan, Vaison-la-Romaine and La Garde-Adhémar, with their picturesque alleyways, colorful markets and rich history.
Nature lovers will love the hiking trails, lavender fields and hills of the Baronnies. Epicureans will delight in local specialities, from Côtes du Rhône wines to Nyons olives.
Detached house located in a quiet residential area, 2kms from the village of Suze la Rousse.
Entrance via the living room: equipped kitchen, dining area and TV lounge area (corner sofa), access to the terrace from this room. One bedroom with two single beds and a pull-out bed (2x90x200 + 1x160x200), one bedroom with two single beds (2x90x200) and a study area, one bedroom with a double bed (1x160x200), shower room (shower, double basin), separate toilet.
All rooms are air-conditioned with thermostat. Parking on the property. Private Piscine (4x8m, depth 1m4, roller shutter) open from May to September, weather permitting, unheated.

We hebben genoten. Warme dagen medio juni maar met een fijn zwembad en een koel huis was het perfect. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren die er alles aan doen om je verblijf aangenaam te maken. In Suze la Rousse is een heerlijke bakker en een kleine winkel voor boodschappen. Binnen 10 minuten diverse grote winkels.
Plek is zeer geschikt voor rustzoekers en binnen een straal van 20 km is heel veel te zien.

Yvescass Un séjour absolument parfait !
Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux chez Lucile et Yohann. La maison est parfaitement conforme aux photos, d’une propreté irréprochable et idéalement située pour découvrir et profiter pleinement de la région.
Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le magnifique extérieur, soigneusement aménagé, offrant de très agréables espaces ombragés propices à la détente, ainsi qu’une superbe piscine parfaitement entretenue, véritable atout de ce lieu paisible et accueillant.
Un immense merci à Lucile et Yohann pour leur accueil si chaleureux, leur grande gentillesse et toutes les délicates attentions qui nous ont beaucoup touchés dès notre arrivée. Nous avons également énormément apprécié leur disponibilité, leur bienveillance et leur prévenance tout au long de notre séjour.

Les lyonnais Excellent week-end
Accueil très chaleureux. Le gîte est spacieux et très confortable. Très belle vue sur le mont Ventoux. On a pu apprécier la piscine et le calme. Je recommande ce gîte et nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Ingrid Perfect base for exploring the Provence
We had a fantastic stay and thoroughly enjoyed the house, garden, pool, and the beautiful surroundings—especially the breathtaking view of Mont Ventoux. Everything in the house is new, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped. The terrace with the pool is simply amazing, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun.
The beds are long and comfortable, and the kitchen is impressively spacious, making it ideal for cooking. It’s the perfect base for exploring the region by bike which we rented nearby. There are plenty of charming villages to discover. Thank you Lucille for the warm welcome and suggestions. Fore sure we come again. Highly recommended!

Le gîte bénéficie d'une situation géographique assez centrale pour visiter la région entre Montélimar et Orange.
Nos hôtes nous ont très bien accueillis et nous ont fait profiter d'une réduction au parc Bollene Aventure à 10min en voiture qui propose pour les enfants et ado pas mal d'activités.
Au niveau du gîte, la climatisation est très appréciable et ce dernier est conforme à sa description. La piscine avec sa vue sur le Mont Ventoux est très agréable.
