Situated on the heights of the village, 20 minutes east of Romans-sur-Isère, between the Valence plain, the foothills of the Vercors and the gateways to Royans and Walnut Country, the house is ideally placed for a weekend or extended stay, close to a host of must-see sites: the Choranche caves, the Presles cliffs, Combe d'Oyans, the Bournillon cirque, paddleboats, walnut groves and the hiking trails that criss-cross the foothills. Easily accessible, just 10 minutes from the A49 motorway and 20 minutes from the Valence-TGV train station, it's an ideal base for excursions to discover the many facets of the region, or to slow down by the Piscine. In the village: grocery store with bread depot, 3 restaurants including 1 pizzeria, kindergarten, Friday evening Market.

Formerly a barn, now a Holiday cottage, this detached house has 2 levels. First floor: entrance opens onto living room with pellet stove, kitchen (1 step), wc/laundry room with washbasin. First floor (staircase with ramp): landing with numerous Kids' games, 2 attic bedrooms (1x160x200) (3x90x190), shower room with wc. For your exclusive use: parking, west-facing terrace, BBQ, swings. For the little ones: high chair, Umbrella bed, bathtub, potty, stroller, lots of games. To be shared with us and guests of the 3 Bed and breakfasts: Piscine (11x5m), table tennis, pétanque court. Beds made on arrival.
