Perched on the hills above the village, 20 minutes east of Romans-sur-Isère, between the Valence plain, the foothills of the Vercors, and the gateway to the Royans and the walnut-growing region, the house is ideally situated for a weekend or an extended stay near must-see attractions: the Choranche Caves, the Presles Cliffs, Combe d’Oyans, the Bournillon Cirque, the paddleboat, walnut groves, and the hiking trails that wind through the foothills. Easily accessible, just 10 minutes from the A49 and 20 minutes from the Valence-TGV station, it serves as a perfect base camp for setting out on excursions to discover the region’s many facets or simply slowing down by the Piscine. In the village: grocery store with bread delivery, 1 Restaurant, kindergarten, and a Market on Friday evenings.

Formerly a barn, now a Holiday cottage, this detached house has 2 levels. First floor: entrance opens onto living room with pellet stove, kitchen (1 step), wc/laundry room with washbasin. First floor (staircase with ramp): landing with numerous Kids' games, 2 attic bedrooms (1x160x200) (3x90x190), shower room with wc. For your exclusive use: parking, west-facing terrace, BBQ, swings. For the little ones: high chair, Umbrella bed, bathtub, potty, stroller, lots of games. To be shared with us and guests of the 3 Bed and breakfasts: Piscine (11x5m), table tennis, pétanque court. Beds made on arrival.
