Between Tain l'Hermitage and St. Antoine l'Abbaye, to the east of the Hermitage hillsides, a landscape bordered by valleys and hills, lies Orcanette des sables, a family stopover in the Drôme des collines. For lovers of discovery, there's no shortage of monuments and architecture. From a tourist point of view, the region has something for everyone: Hauterives and its ideal palace of the facteur Cheval, Romans-sur-Isère, its International Shoe Museum, its factory outlets, strolling along the banks of the Isère, the geological curiosity of the Roches qui dansent, a thousand and one horns, Hiking itineraries.... In the village (2km): Market on Mondays and Saturdays, the collegiate church and the Palais Delphinal, the Bach Festival, all the shops and practical amenities, the "Forest des Champos" multi-activity park, the Base de loisirs at Lake Champos (swimming, paddling pool, water jets, toboggan, canoes, paddle, beach volleyball, pétanque).
Let yourself be surprised by this large family home! Once you've climbed the steps outside, you'll enjoy a house where all the rooms are on the same level. Beautiful 60m² living room with sitting area, dining table and kitchen. The hallway leads to the 2 bedrooms with mosquito nets and shutters (2 beds 80x200cm, either separate or as one 160x200cm) (1x90x200, 2x90x190), shower room, wc, laundry room. Outside, nearly 400m² of enclosed grounds, parking and electric gate, shady garden, car-motorcycle-bicycle shelter, numerous games, terrace (gas BBQ). For your comfort, the house has underfloor heating. For the little ones: high chair, cot, car booster seat, changing table/mattress, potty, bathtub, bottle warmer... Our 4-legged friends are also welcome. For the respect of our guests and the enjoyment of Kids who wander into the garden, we ask that excrement be picked up by the owners.

Tracy & gruaud wonderfull gite
Wow, what an amazing gite! Everything was perfect.
We brought our 2 small dogs and the garden has safe and fully enclosed.
The gite was very clean and fully equipped . Très belle maison, avec une vue splendide sur le Vercors. Je jardin aussi est très agréable.

Une maison très confortable et spacieuse, bien équipée.
De plus nous sommes au milieu des noyers et des abricotiers, au calme.
Gite idéal pour visiter Drôme et Ardèche. Sur le marché on trouve de beaux profuits locaux ?
Les propriétaires sont chaleureux et attentifs.
