The owners have designed this gîte in an old farmhouse that they have restored: you'll be seduced by this magnificent stone building. Whether you're staying with family or friends, the gîte is ideally laid out, with spacious living areas, 3 bedrooms and 3 shower rooms. Montvendre is a small commune of just over 1,000 inhabitants, located just a few kilometers from Valence: the freeway is 15 minutes away by car, and the TGV station 20 km (the TGV line passes 250m from the gîte). You'll find shops 4 km away, as well as local markets where you can stock up on local produce: Tuesday in Chabeuil and Montmeyran, for example. From the gîte, you can set off on walks to discover the foothills of the Vercors Drômois and their rich past: from Peyrus to Ourches, via the Centre de la Pangée at La Baume Cornillane (when all the continents formed a single one!) or the Tour de Barcelonne.
