L'ESQUISSE

Cléon d'Andran is a small village in a strategically central position. Halfway between Provence, the Drôme Valley, the Rhône Valley and the Diois, l'Esquisse is ideally situated for exploring the region. There's plenty to do for the whole family. The hilltop villages of Mirmande, Cliousclat and Marsanne provide interesting insights into the region's rich historical heritage (land of potters and ceramists). Adventure seekers can head for Comps (accrobranche, paint ball, canyoning, climbing) or the Roynac paragliding launch. For a pleasant moment in the heart of a natural environment, try a walk in the Saou forest. For fun outings, Le Poët-Laval, Dieulefit and Montélimar are also not to be missed. Last but not least, don't miss the colorful markets, a fine foretaste of local produce and Drôme gastronomy.

Situated in a part of our property, overlooking the Valdaine hills and the Diois mountains, l'Esquisse is a pleasant, modern vacation home with facilities accessible and adapted for people with reduced mobility or in wheelchairs. Entirely on one level: air-conditioned living room including kitchen with motorized worktop to adapt to any handicap, living room with sitting area, 2 bedrooms (2x90x190 or 1x180x190) (2x90x190 or 1x180x190), bathroom, separate toilet. . Kids' play area. Above-ground Piscine shared with owners (open until mid-September).
