Anchored in the 12th-century ramparts, our large stone house is ideal for family reunions or get-togethers with friends. You'll enjoy modern comforts and quality amenities. We offer 4 bedrooms + 1 studio and 4 bathrooms. Our house is in the heart of the medieval village, with its quiet pedestrian streets. Our house is spacious, with 180 m² dedicated to our guests. On the ground floor are the living areas (large living room with piano, kitchen, fireplace and Gllum is cool dining area), 2 terraces + the studio used as a 2nd living room or games room, or for storing your equipment. On the 1st floor, 2 large bedrooms (bed 140) (bed 140, 2x90 bunk beds), on the 2nd floor (1x160) (2x80 can be twinned to form a 160), plus a 25 m² air-conditioned office ideal for telecommuting. All rooms are equipped with refreshment columns and have panoramic views over the Drôme valley, the old village, the 3 Becs and the perched syncline of Saoû. Our house is in a quiet location, perched above the village, just a few minutes' walk from shops and services (supermarket, café-tabac, pizzeria, Michelin-starred restaurant, bakery, haberdashery, pharmacy, doctors, nurses, beautician, hairdresser, etc.). A garage for bikes or motorcycles is also available.
