LES POUSARACHES - LE SABLON

In a restored Provencal farmhouse, two independent Holiday cottages set in the heart of our olive groves, on the edge of the Sables du Tricastin Natura 2000 reserve, offer a beautiful view of the Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail. In Drôme Provençale, between Montélimar and Orange, La Baume de Transit is a small village in the heart of the Vineyards of Grignan Les Adhémar. In summer, the sunny weather and unspoilt natural landscapes make for great Hiking. The village is within easy reach of the Château de Suze-la-Rousse and its wine university, the Château de Grignan, the Abbey of Aiguebelle, Nyons and Vaison-la-Romaine... The owners, beekeepers and olive growers, welcome you to their farm 3km from the Holiday cottage to discover their activity.

Gîte on first floor with terrace and independent entrance (ground floor is unoccupied, former sheepfold), accessed by stone staircase: Kitchen/living room with dining area and TV lounge area, fireplace (insert), 2 bedrooms: one with two single beds (2x90) and the other with a double bed (1x140), shower room (shower tray with curtain, washbasin), indep. wc. In the heart of nature. To be shared with guests of the other gîte: table tennis, trampoline and swings, bike/motorcycle shelter. Hiking trails from the gîte. Access to the gîte via a 100-meter unpaved dirt track.
