Marsanne, a picturesque village on the northern edge of the Valdaine plain, boasts an old center that stretches out over the mountains, dominated by the recently restored bell tower of Saint-Félix church. This village, surrounded by nature, is a paradise for mountain bikers and Hiking enthusiasts, thanks to its many trails. It is also home to the Notre-Dame-de-Fresneau sanctuary, a place of pilgrimage that attracts many visitors each year, both heritage enthusiasts and believers.
In addition to its beauty and rich past, this perched village also boasts a lively town center, with shops, sidewalk cafés and a multitude of events throughout the year. Concerts, festivals, giant flea markets and potters' markets are just some of the events that punctuate local life and that you can discover during your visit to Marsanne.

Nestled in the heart of a working but protected farm, this superb house has been completely renovated, from floor to ceiling, and decorated with meticulous care. You'll enjoy a large EAST-facing terrace, with parasol, offering a breathtaking view of the mountains. In the courtyard to the south, under the lighted plane trees, a forest table, close to the Spa.
To the north/east, in front of the barn, a large grassy area, part of which is shaded by a walnut tree, facing the mountains. Inside, you'll find a bright living room with sofa, smart TV and desk area, opening onto a modern, fully-equipped kitchen. The Holiday cottage's little extra? A large gaming room in the old barn, with table soccer, table tennis, billiards and darts. A laundry room and separate toilet complete the first floor.
