At the foot of the Vercors, 1h from Grenoble and 1h30 from Lyon, welcome to the east of the Valence plain, between Romans-sur-Isère and Crest. All year round, for weekends and longer stays, the Holiday cottage is the ideal base for Hiking through a variety of landscapes. There's something for everyone in the surrounding area: Col des Limouches, Col de Cavalli, Col de Tourniol, Barcelonne, Upie Zoo, Alixan circular village, Valence-St Didier golf course (18-hole course), Crest Tower, the cities of Valence and Romans-sur-Isère, Combe d'Oyans, the banks of the Isère, the Saint Nazaire-en-Royans paddle steamer, rock-climbing at Barbières and Rochefort-Samson. In the village: VBC bike park (300m), Restaurant, Kids' playground, GR de Pays du tour des monts du matin. Summer Piscine in Peyrus (5min) and aquatic center 15min away (Diabolo). A warm welcome awaits you in our Holiday cottage 'Les Orchys' in the Parc du Vercors, where you can enjoy a peaceful stay in the warm atmosphere of a family home, ideal for relaxing in the heart of nature. View of the Massif Central, garden + parking on site, fenced in property with electric gate -2 terraces: East and South + lounge and table piq-niq. The Holiday cottage is adjoining our house, but your entrance is independent. On 2 levels: -GROUND FLOOR: entrance opens onto dining room + fully-equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, traditional oven and microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffeemaker and filter, etc.) + baby room (bed, sheet, changing mat, bathtub, high chair) + living room + separate WC -FLOOR FLOOR: library/games room and 3 bedrooms (bdr.1: double bed, bdr.2: double bed, bdr.3: single bed) +1 shower room.
