LES OLIVIERS

Ideally located in Drôme provençale, in the heart of the Eygues valley, between Nyons and Bollène, in the south of the Drôme department, bordering Vaucluse. Today, this part of the property is a place where you can enjoy and discover the region's many possibilities for escape. For example, you can get up high (Mont Ventoux, perched villages), visit must-see buildings (the castles of Grignan, Suze-la-Rousse, Simiane, Montélimar, the Ribert Tower, chapels, etc.), or pick up fruit, vegetables and specialities at the local daytime and evening markets in summer. In the village: bakery, restaurant, winery, pizza truck, grocery store, newspapers and tobacconist, tennis court, basketball court, cookie factory.

A change of life for Christiane and Michel, who warmly welcome you to their enclosed property with Piscine, just a stone's throw from the village shops (800m). Nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac with a beautiful view, Les Oliviers is on the first floor of our house, with a separate, discreet entrance. The entrance opens onto a small kitchen with all the comforts of a large one, then the hallway leads to the bedroom (160x200cm), shower room, toilet and, at the far end, the living room with its south-facing balcony. To share with us: enclosed grounds (gated), parking, garden provides a pleasant touch of freshness, boules area, recharging point for hybrid and electric vehicles (invoiced on site). Piscine: 11 a.m.-8 p.m., open May-September (8mx4m + depth 1,.5m, cover flap). Bed linen and towels provided to keep your journey as light as possible. Including towels for the Piscine. With your feet in the water, enjoy a stay that combines peace and quiet, nature and the discovery of our beautiful region.
