Not far from Royans and Vercors, or the historic shoe-making town of Romans-sur-Isère, you can combine outdoor activities with shopping at Marques-Avenue and sampling local specialities. In the village: bakeries, butcher's shop, pharmacy, restaurants, pizzeria, hairdressers, market on Wednesdays, 1 electric vehicle charging station. And the hamlet of Saint Ange (listed church, pétanque area, picnic tables). Nearby: Bois des Ussiaux educational trail and adventure park, Bellevue and Chalaire ponds and Champos lake. The gîte is air-conditioned and on one level. The layout is as follows: the air-conditioned living room opens onto the terrace with its bay window; the corridor leads to the air-conditioned bedroom (queen-size bed 160x200 with desk), the shower room (large shower) and the separate toilet. For your exclusive use: garden, west-facing terrace with electric plancha, parking at the foot of the gîte. The property is in the heart of nature, 300m as the crow flies from the 1st neighborhood (access via 400m of gravel road). The bed will be made for your arrival!
