Detached house located in a residential neighborhood, right in the heart of Nyons. You’ll be close to all shops and amenities, less than a 5-minute walk away, plus a free shuttle service.
During your stay, you’ll have access to private parking spaces on the property, secured by an electric gate. A secure garage is available upon request for bicycles.
A few steps lead to a lovely south-facing terrace.
Inside, you’ll find a cozy, tastefully decorated living room equipped with reversible air conditioning, opening onto a fully equipped kitchen.
The sleeping area, located on the same level, consists of 3 bedrooms:
-1 bedroom: 140×190 (sofa bed), TV, desk, AC
-1 bedroom: 2x90×190 / desk area
-1 bedroom with 1x160×200 bed / AC
A bathroom with a walk-in shower completes the interior, along with a laundry room featuring a washing machine and baby essentials (Umbrella bed, high chair).
Outside, enjoy your meals on the other side of the house, with a BBQ and patio furniture.
