Detached house located in a residential area, right in the center of Nyons, close to all shops and amenities, less than 5min walk + free shuttle bus.
During your stay, you'll benefit from private parking spaces on the property, secured by an electric gate.
A few steps lead up to a lovely south-facing terrace.
Inside, you'll find a warm, tastefully decorated living room with reversible air conditioning, opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen.
The night space, on the same level, comprises 3 bedrooms:
-1 bedroom 140×190 (sofa bed), TV, desk, air-conditioning
-1 bedroom 2x90×190 / office space
-1 bedroom 1x160×200 /clim
1 bathroom with walk-in shower completes the interior, as does a laundry room with washing machine and baby equipment (Umbrella bed, high chair).
