A detached, single-storey home built in 2018, offering a warm, contemporary atmosphere. Its wooden structure and energy autonomy provided by solar panels make it an eco-responsible place to stay.

South-facing, the house is bathed in light. You'll enjoy a terrace with a pergola, garden furniture and a private swimming pool with a breathtaking view of the Baronnies mountains (open from May to September, 8.5x4m, depth 1m40, alarm).

Inside, the living area features a dining area, TV lounge and fully equipped kitchen.
The house has 4 bedrooms: one suite with double bed (1x160) and private bathroom (Italian shower/WC), with direct access to the terrace. Two bedrooms with double beds (1x140) (1x160) and one bedroom with single beds (2x90). Second shower room, separate WC.

Garage for bikes and motorcycles. 4 parking spaces in front of the Holiday cottage. Unfenced plot.
