The Holiday cottage is set in a quiet location on a property surrounded by small woods. From here, you'll have a beautiful view of the Trois Becs. The hilltop village of Montclar-sur-Gervanne is 2.5kms away. From the top of the butte de Montclar, you can dominate the valley. The castle has disappeared, but the 12th-century Romanesque church still stands, in front of a breathtaking circular panorama stretching from the Vercors to the Trois Becs syncline. Beaufort sur Gervanne is less than 5 minutes away, a lively little village with a community grocery store and an artisanal organic chocolate factory. You'll be 10 minutes from Mirabel and Blacons (bakery, restaurants...), 20 minutes from Crest (with its keep, the highest in France) and Saillans (route de la Clairette de Die). Numerous sporting activities: Hiking and mountain biking (from the Holiday cottage), Swimming 10 minutes away in the Drôme or Gervanne rivers, canoeing, canyoning, climbing, gliding; and cultural activities: hilltop villages, local markets, producers' farms, natural sites, etc.

Newly renovated Holiday cottage (3 years old), adjoining the owners' home. Access via a few stone steps. Entrance via living room: fitted kitchen, dining area and TV lounge area (sofa, armchair), pellet stove. Storeroom with washing machine, separate toilet. Bedroom with double bed (1x160) and en-suite shower room (washbasin, Italian shower). Upstairs: one bedroom with double bed (1x160) and extra bed (1x90), another bedroom with double bed (1x160), separate wc, shower room (Italian shower, washbasin). No fixed heating in the bedrooms, but a pellet stove on the first floor distributes heat throughout the dwelling, and reversible air-conditioning upstairs. Terrace with family table and garden furniture. Bike/motorcycle shed (garage). Vast unfenced grounds, Kids' portico, games, shared Piscine (8.5x4.5m, 1m5 deep) open from May to Sept (weather permitting), pétanque court. Two cats and a dog live on the property.
