Entrance via living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area (BZ), TV. Shower room (shower, washbasin, heated towel rail), separate toilet with washbasin, bedroom with double bed (1x160), storeroom (washing machine). The enclosed terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a gas plancha. Parking on the property near the gîte entrance. South-facing, terrace side (8 steps) or north-facing, garden side (13-step staircase, no handrail). 2 friendly dogs are present on the property and roam freely.
