Single level gîte on 1st floor of owners' house. Completely separate entrance, NOT overlooked. Air-conditioned living room with kitchen and lounge, south-facing & opening onto large terrace (66 sq.m.). 2 bedrooms on garden side (double bed) (2 single beds), study (wrought-iron sofa), shower room. Near D5 road. Nicely renovated apartment between Buis-les-Baronnies and Vaison-la-Romaine, at heart of Les Baronnies Provençales Regional Nature park. Lots of sports (hiking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding) and outdoor activities for people of all ages. Under 15 min. from Saint-Julien, major climbing site. Swimming in Le Toulourenc river. Provençal markets: Wednesday at Buis-les-Baronnies (10 min.), evening markets in village during the summer, Sunday at Nyons (25 min.). Music lovers will enjoy a sensual treat at Parfum de Jazz (second half of August).

Excellent starting point for an active vacation.
4/5Situated only 1 km from the attractive village, the well-equipped and clean cottage, offers beautiful views from the terrace and from the pool. But the location - with a main road in front of it - invites to enjoy the surroundings more intensely, by bike or on foot. Both lovers of old towns and nature lovers can find what they are looking for.

Vacances plaisantes ;-)))
5/5gîte très bien situé, très confortable et lumineux. Très grande terrasse avec une vue splendide.
Idéal pour la rando et le vélo (route et VTT), les paysages sont magnifiques.
Nous avons également bien profité de la piscine.Les propriétaires sont en plus très accueillants.
En bref, tout était parfait.

Très agréable gîte
5/5Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Les environs de Mollans sont superbes. Plein de randonnées possibles! Le gîte était très confortable et propre - rien ne manquait - et les propriétaires sont extrêmement sympathiques.
