Discover this magnificent Provencal villa, nestled in 1300 m² of enclosed grounds planted with oak trees. Situated in a peaceful and enchanting setting, in the heart of the Baronnies nature park, between Vaison-la-Romaine and Nyons and close to the center of Mirabel aux Barronies, a typical Provencal village (approx. 800 m) with all amenities (shops, pharmacy, doctor's surgery).
Just a few steps from the gîte, the neighboring village offers a multitude of activities for all ages, including tennis courts, padel courts, a skate park and a playground. The surrounding area is full of treasures to discover: charming Provencal villages and their summer festivities, the majestic Mont-Ventoux, the Dentelles de Montmirail, the splendid city of Avignon, as well as the famous vineyards of Gigondas and Cairanne.

The villa, which sleeps up to 6 people, features the following amenities:
Reversible air conditioning (heating in winter) and wood-burning stove
First floor: fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, etc.), living/dining room, bedroom with 160cm bed, bathroom and separate toilet.
Upstairs: two bedrooms with 160 and 140 beds respectively, plenty of storage space, a reading room (with games) and an atypical bathroom (raised shower) with WC.

Eleonora Le farniente sous les chenes
Faire le farniente sous les chenes avec le chant des cigales - quel bel endroit! Charmante maison de vacances avec tout le nécessaire (et plus encore). Grand jardin avec plusieurs coins salon. Superbe terrasse. Hamacs. Piscine fantastique. Environnement paisible (un magnifique sentier de randonnée démarre juste devant). Boulangerie, boucherie, supermarché, pharmacie, vigneron, fruits et légumes bio : on trouve de tout à Mirabel. Magnifique région à la frontière de la Drôme et du Vaucluse, avec des activités pour tous les goûts : vin, nature, charmants villages et marchés… un endroit où il fait bon revenir !
En grand merci encore à Nicole et son mari pour leur acceuil et gentillesse :)Doezelen onder de eiken op het lied van de cigales - wat een plek! Fijn vakantiehuis waarin alles (en meer - goede wifi bijvoorbeeld!) aanwezig is. Ruime tuin met meerdere zitjes. Super terras. Hangmatten. Fantastisch zwembad. Rustige omgeving (een mooie wandelroute start al voor de deur). Bakker, slager, superette, pharmacie, wijnboer, bio groente en fruit - alles is in Mirabel te koop. Prachtig gebied op de grens van Drome en Vaucluse met voor elk wat wils: wijn, natuur, leuke stadjes en markten - om naar terug te gaan!

Notre séjour au gîte des chênes nous a permis de nous reposer et de visiter tous les lieux emblématiques de la Drôme provençale et du nord Vaucluse en moins de 20’ en voiture.
Nicole et son mari sont des propriétaires charmants, discrets et Nicole se fait un plaisir de vous renseigner pour des visites et bonnes adresses. Le gîte est indépendant, bien isolé et offre beaucoup de différents endroits pour se poser.

J'ai beaucoup aimé !!
Très calme, plusieurs ambiances dans le jardin, ombre des chênes pour le déjeuner, hamacs, plusieurs tables extérieures, plancha, méga piscine bien équipée (transats, parasols, tables...)
Pour l'intérieur, confortable salon au frais, bibliothèque à disposition.
Séjour sans anicroche, tout à bien fonctionné.
