Welcome to Les Charmes de Villeneuve. Nestled between the Drôme Valley and Drôme Provençale, the tranquility of the Countryside awaits you. Nearby are many must-see attractions: 5 km away is Chabrillan, a hilltop village with its cobblestone streets, botanical garden, and café-library where you can enjoy a refreshing drink, as well as the 11th-century Saint-Pierre Chapel and its artists’ Market on May 19, 2024. The Tower of Crest, France’s tallest keep, hosts a medieval festival and a vocal jazz festival. Just 10 minutes away is the Drôme River, perfect for swimming, canoeing, trail running, and hiking. The picturesque pottery villages of Marsanne, Mirmande, and Cliousclat; the Ramières train station; and the Upie Zoo. Saoû, home to Mozart, features a forest where you can enjoy numerous hikes and a rock-climbing site; 10 minutes away (in Grâne), you’ll find a Restaurant, Pharmacy, convenience store, and gas station.

A beautiful house situated on a 70-hectare property of fields and woods, 5 km from the village of Chabrillan. The house is laid out over two floors. On the ground floor, the kitchen opens onto the living/dining room; on a half-level, there is a laundry room and a restroom; upstairs, there are two bedrooms (160x200 and a 140 BZ for two people) (160x200 with a private terrace), a shower room, and a separate toilet. The other outbuildings on the property are not yet occupied, so for now you’ll have the entire property to yourselves—enjoy the peace and quiet and the view! You’ll never tire of the view of Roche Colombe framed by the Saoû Forest! Access via a 3-km road. Storage shed for bikes and motorcycles. For toddlers: 2 baby beds and 1 high chair. In 2014, Françoise and Jean-Pierre began extensive renovations to breathe new life into the old family farm, which once housed nearly 350 sheep. This new look, which respects the original stonework, preserves the soul of the place.
