Set in the heart of the Countryside, the house is ideally located for vacations based on idleness, active relaxation (accrobranches, hiking), local gastronomy (VALRHONA Chocolates, Rhône wines), visits to must-see sites (Palais Idéal du Facteur Cheval, St Antoine l'Abbaye) and exceptional natural sites (Pont-en-Royans, Forest de Saoû).

Les Chaises Longues is an air-conditioned 19th-century building full of character, fully restored in the pure local tradition.
Facing it is a magnificent 5,000 m² park planted with trees, where you can relax in a hammock, while the Kids have fun on the playground or the big trampoline.
At the rear, the swimming pool, enclosed in its cocoon of Rhône stone, will refresh your summer days, comfortably stretched out on the deckchairs.

90m2 self-contained Holiday cottage:
- First floor: kitchen, air-conditioned living/dining room (sofa, armchairs, TV, small desk), wc.
- Upstairs: 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed (1x160) and the other with three single beds including a bunk bed (3x90), bathroom with 2 basins and bath, separate wc.

Piscine shared with the owners, open from May (or June, depending on the weather) to September or October. Private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Wooded park with trampoline for Kids. Unenclosed grounds. Parking on property.
