Nestled in the heart of the countryside, the house is ideally located for a vacation focused on relaxation, active recreation (tree-top adventure courses, hiking), local cuisine (VALRHONA chocolates, Rhône wines), and visits to must-see sites (Facteur Cheval’s Palais Idéal, St. Antoine l’Abbaye), and exceptional natural sites (Pont-en-Royans, Saoû Forest).

Les Chaises Longues is a charming 19th-century building, fully restored in the authentic local style and equipped with air conditioning.
Directly across from the house lies a magnificent 5,000 m² wooded park where you can relax in hammocks while the kids have fun on the playground equipment or the large trampoline.
At the back, the Piscine—nestled in a setting of Rhône river stones—will cool you off on summer days as you lounge comfortably on the deck chairs.

90m2 self-contained Holiday cottage:
- First floor: kitchen, air-conditioned living/dining room (sofa, armchairs, TV, small desk), wc.
- Upstairs: 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed (1x160) and the other with three single beds including a bunk bed (3x90), bathroom with 2 basins and bath, separate wc.

Piscine shared with the owners, open from May (or June, depending on the weather) to September or October. Private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Wooded park with trampoline for Kids. Unenclosed grounds. Parking on property.
