Ideally located for lovers of the mountains and wide-open spaces, the Holiday cottage provides direct access to magnificent Hiking trails and numerous renowned climbing sites. And while you're immersed in peace and quiet, you're still within easy reach of Saillans and the River Drôme (10 km), Crest (20 km) and Die (30 km). First floor (accessed via steep stone staircase): kitchen and dining area with wood-burning stove, living room with sofa bed and open fireplace, 3 bedrooms (160x200cm) (160x200cm) (3x90x190cm), bathroom, separate toilet. For your exclusive use: enclosed terrace of almost 30m² with breathtaking views of the 3 Becs, unfenced garden, parking. To be shared with the MOUTON gîte: courtyard, closed storage area for bikes and bulky equipment, numerous outdoor games (molkky, pétanque, croquet, beach and badminton rackets, kids' games...). For the little ones: high chair, chair adapter, Umbrella bed, bathtub, changing mat, potty, deckchair, backpack, toilet adapter, crockery... No TV.
