The owners have set up these 2 independent, unoverlooked gîtes in a farmhouse close to their house. The village of Hostun with its small shops is 3km away. You're halfway between Romans-sur-Isère (10km) in the Drôme des Collines and St-Nazaire en Royans, at the gateway to the Vercors Regional Nature Park, making it easy to explore the region. In the foothills of the Vercors, you'll have a fine view of the Monts du Matin, a trail we invite you to discover on your hikes or bike rides: a 70km loop to marvel at the vertical walls of this mountain range rich in history.
First floor: large living/dining room with kitchen, utility room, wc. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1x160) (2x90), shower room with wc.

Amandine Maison avec une bonne situation géographique
La maison est grande, bien agencé et surtout bien situé pour visiter l'Ardèche, la Drôme et l'Isère.
L'installation de moustiquaire sur les baies vitrées seraient un plus face à la quantité de mouche permanente.
Il serait également bien de mettre plus de vaisselle dans la cuisine.
Un ménage plus approfondie serait souhaitable dans la maison.- Cleanliness

Nous nous assurons que chaque espace soit propre avant votre arrivée et surtout nettoyé avec professionnalisme.
