LES ACACIAS

Nestled between Anneyron and Chateauneuf de Galaure, on the heights of pretty, rolling green countryside, is the gîte Les Acacias. Its generous size and tranquil garden invite you to put your feet up. It's the ideal place to recharge your batteries and enjoy the peace and quiet of the Drôme des Collines. The region is full of possibilities for getting away from it all, from the vineyards of the Côtes du Rhône to the orchards and forests of the countryside. You can also discover local craftsmen and designers (ceramics, porcelain and leatherwork). You're also 15 minutes from the Palais Idéal du facteur Cheval d'Hauterives and 10 minutes from the A7 and N7 motorways.

Located on the 1st floor of a lean-to (access either by 4 steps with ramp or by a gentle slope), the Holiday cottage Les Acacias is attached to our house but has its own entrance. Layout: kitchen, living room, veranda, bedroom (140x190, window with shutter, fan), small bathroom with toilet. For your exclusive use: terrace (charcoal BBQ), enclosed courtyard and gated parking. Shared with us: pétanque court, very shady garden. For the little ones: Umbrella bed, high chair, bathtub. Roger makes optimum use of solar energy, with a system combining solar panels for hot water and photovoltaic panels for electricity. A little extra: positioned high up on the plateau, we enjoy a clear view of the Alps and, above all, the absence of noise from the freeway and the TGV line (tunnel).
