Enclosed garden of 250m² with trees and enclosed solarium of 200m² with sheltered terrace (garden tables and furniture, plancha). Ground floor: hallway, bright living room opening onto the garden with sitting area, dining area and fully equipped kitchen (3 steps). Shower room (Italian shower) and separate toilet for disabled access, bedroom with two single beds (2 x 90), TV lounge area. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed (1x160) and small private terrace, the other with a double bed (1x160). These 2 rooms are equipped with a Telework-compatible workstation (desk, fiber connection). The last bedroom has two single beds (2x90), bathroom (bathtub) with WC.
